Rocket Car Boost Trial

This is Rocket Car Boost Trial!

A Rocket League and RL Custom maps inspired fan-game made inside the Unity game engine.

It's a personal project that I worked on while learning game development.

for inspiring me with their creative efforts over the years.

Base Game Features

• An Interactive tutorial for new players
• Two time-consuming Rings Maps
  • Neon Heights - a mix of cyberpunk & oversaturated Bollywood movie
  • Snow map - falling snow, giant mountains, and sharp turns
• Smooth Camera movement (from 1 ring to another)
• Octazane - an Octane-inspired car
• Checkpoint respawn system along with two keys:
  • R - respawn to the last visited checkpoint
  • N - restart level
• Other common features like settings, pause game, etc.

Garage

Here you can provide a new paint job to your car (which includes primary & secondary color, metalicness, and glossiness). You can also load a previously saved color set or save the current one for later use.

Octazane

An Octane-inspired car. It can perform basic moves like air roll, pitch, and yaw. Additionally, it can perform flips - forward, backward, side, diagonal, and a musty flick!

Settings

All standard game settings can be manipulated here per user choice & system requirements.

Multiple soundtracks - from different artists are available (all mentioned in the credits, including 2 original tracks for RCBT made by one of my friends Poornansh Kumar).

Controls

This game supports both - Keyboard/Mouse and Controller.
