You've been abducted by aliens and cast in the galaxy's dumbest TV show. Welcome to THE HUMAN PROGRAM: a chaotic first-person arena survival game where the audience is cheering, the enemies are getting worse, and your next weapon might be a flip-flop.

Survive wave after wave of bizarre creatures while your alien hosts randomly swap your weapons. Keep moving, improvise, and try to stay alive long enough to become their favourite contestant.

New weapon. Same problems.

• Throwable flip-flops: the chappal has officially gone intergalactic.
• Nokia phone hammer: finally, a phone with real impact.
• Magic wand: a little magic for a very big problem.
• Cricket bat: take a swing at something from another planet.
• Bomb-strapped teddy: cute, cuddly, and a terrible idea to hug.

• Constantly changing weapons that turn every fight into an improvisation.
• Timed waves and increasingly dangerous enemies.
• A special boss showdown against the greatest wrestler in all of Mumbo Tumbo Ulala.
• An alien commentator to accompany your questionable life choices.
• Epic arcade music and punchy sound effects for unnecessarily dramatic battles.

Created by Team EAR in just 3 days (72 hours) for the BYOG 2026 game jam. A small team, one ridiculous arena, and a lot of improvisation.

Our three-person team created the characters, animations, and programming, with all three humans actively involved throughout development. We used AI assistance as part of the workflow.

Music and audio were sourced primarily from Freesound and Pixabay. Some assets, including particle effects, came from the Unity Asset Store.
